August 1 - Guy 1

I almost forgot about the August challenge!! My mind is so mush these days....

Well, I'm revising the challenge slightly - it isn't going to make today's post very good, but its going to make it more interesting and more challenging for me.

Don't worry - you guys will live through it...


So the change? Well, whomever I write about - has to be a part of my day for whatever reason. Someone I see on the commute, or someone I've remembered - but remembered that day. Make sense? (Actually, it makes it easier for me to know what to write about...)

So today's a bit of a problem... Long story (which I won't bore you with) but I didn't actually get out of bed until 5:30pm today so I've had limited exposure to the outside world... so my choices today are limited. Thank God for tv!!!

Guy #1: Tommy Lee Jones
I'm sitting here watching The Fugitive and I'm kind of mesmerised by Tommy Lee Jones. I remember when this movie came out - I know Tommy had been around for a while, but this was really his 'big' movie; the movie where he earned a reputation for being 'sexy'. He may have even been in the running that year for People's Sexiest Man. (I can't remember and I'm too lazy to look it up - but its ringing a bell).

Anyway - I'm watching this movie and for the life of me, I don't get it. He's got a craggy face, he's rude and a bunch of other things that do not equate to sexy.

Actually, it barely makes him interesting. Really, he only comes off a bully.

I'm sure Tommy doesn't give a damn what I think - not so sure you do either... but Day 1 is done. Let's hope this challenge improves with age!!
