How to prepare for a bikini vacation

  1. Eat cookies for dinner
  2. Indulge in chocolate covered almonds
  3. Gorge on fresh licorice
  4. Have more than three meals a day
  5. Do absolutely NO exercise.

Damn.

I've got three days to reverse the effects of the past month's behaviour. Think I can do it?

Aw fuck it. There's still cookies left in the kitchen.....
