Last time I went home I stopped in Vancouver - for which I picked your brain on favourite things to do.

Well, I'm going home again this summer (Canadian summer) and I'm stopping in Vancouver yet again - but this time my best friend is coming out to meet me and we're planning to spend 4-5 days on Vancouver Island

soooooooo - can I pick your brain again? I know you sometimes go surfing in Tofino - so I'm guessing you might know the good places to go.
